How do I clean the Printer head?

So, when do you know your printer needs cleaning? when your labels comes out with a blank line/white line on your print. That means your printer head is dirty and your printer needs cleaning. The steps are below

1. Turn the power off. Push blue buttons located on both sides to open the cover of Jiose, 

2. Take paper out from the back. 

3. wait for Jiose to cool off (printer may overheat after long time usage.)  

4. Use a alcohol pats to clean the printer head, don't use water. Clear and wipe starting from the center and end on both sides. Wait till the alcohol vaporized, then print a test page to see if the printer is cleaned.

If your test page comes out normally, that means your Jiose is all clean.
