Jiose thermal label printer needs a regular cleaning routine to maintain a clear outcoming. Especially when your labels come out blurry or with blank/ white lines. The steps are below.
1. Turn off the printer and open the printer lid;
2. Remove any labels/ stickers;
3. Wait for Jiose to cool down; (printer may overheat after a long time of use)
4. Use alcohol pads to clean the printer head, wipe the stain off vigorously from the center and end on both sides;
5. Wait till the alcohol vaporizes, then print a test page to see if the printer is cleaned.
Please contact Jiose customer service team if the labels are still unclear after cleaning.
