Unfortunately USPS doesn't crop your labels for you, but don't worry. You can still crop you labels manually via adobe.
First you'll have to download Adobe acrobat reader dc.
To download Adobe acrobat reader dc: https://get2.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
once you've installed Adobe acrobat reader dc,
Save your label as a PDF file
Open the file in Adobe Reader
Rotate the label if needed by going to View -> Rotate View
Go to Edit -> Take a Snapshot
Click and drag the box over your label
Go to File -> Print
If the preview looks good, click "Print"
