Just simply follow the steps below.
- You need to make sure that the Printer is OFF. (If you plug in the power cord with the power switch on, it may effect the printer's lifespan.)
- Attach the power cord to the adapter, Connect the adapter cable to the printer
- Connect the USB cable
- Turn on the power.
- Adjust the guide rail
- Insert the label along the guide rail , the printer will automatically catch the label. then the printer will automatically roll the first label back and forth once to identify,it will position it at the tear off point once it’s done. We call this the “Automatic Label Identification” this process mainly identify thermal paper and locate it’s printing point. So, if you put a regular A4 paper in, this process won't happen.
Caution: Please DO NOT unplug the power cable while the power switch is on. Otherwise it may effect the future usage of your printer.
