1. Please make sure you've selected the correct size while printing.
2. Check the quality of your label. Better Label = better print quality
3. If you're not using the standard '4x6' label please use "Acrobat Reader DC" to adjust your label size.
4. Try to adjust your printing speed. (If printing speed is too high, labels may come out very light)
To adjust your printing speed on windows please go to "Control panel" --- "Printers and devices" right click on "Jiose J500" (or any other Jiose printer you may be using.) --- "Printing preferences " ---- "Page setup" and lower your speed.
To adjust your printing speed on Mac please go to "file" --- "print" and change lower your speed and density. Please also change "preview" to "printer features"
