To install the Jiose J500 driver on Windows:
1. Insert the U disk that came with the package, and open the Windows Setup folder to install the driver; (or click >> here << to download)
Note Make sure the printer is connected to your computer with the USB cable and turn ON (I=ON) before installation. |
2. Then, click "Yes" >>> "Install" >>> "Detect USB Port" >>> "Install Driver Now!" to finish installation;
Caution If the printer is not connected to the computer, the driver will not be able to identify the USB port and will show "Printer Disconnected" when clicking the "Detect USB Port" button. Please double-check if the printer is connected to your computer with the USB cable and turn ON (I=ON) before installation. Then, close the program and repeat the above steps.  |
