This Tutorial is going to teach you how to install and set up the Linux driver.
1. Click the below file to download and install the corresponding Linux driver;
Note: If your computer does not meet the following versions, please contact customer service to customize your own.
2. Right-click and select ''Open in Terminal'' (Or go to the folder where the installation file is located with cd command in the terminal);
3. Input the below command, then enter the password to complete the installation in the terminal;
Raspberry Pi Command | Ubuntu Command |
sudo sh Jiose_Driver_PI.run | sudo dpkg -i Jiose_Driver_Installer_ubuntu_amd64.deb |
4. Once the installation is finished and ''Generic test only printer'' is displayed, please go through [Additional Printer Settings- Double click J500- Settings- Make and Model] and select Jiose as the printer driver;
