Nothing happens when I try to print

This article covers the scenario when Jiose was working properly before, it is showing a blue light, and no label advances when you click "Print.


    1. Try to switch the plug in the usb cable into another usb port. 

    2. Make sure the printer is "Active" go to "Control panel" --- "Printer and devices" and check.


If the soloutions above did not help. Please kindly re-install the driver and check again.
