A: Please double check if you've loaded the labels upside down.
2. Ensure your labels are "Direct Thermal" labels, 4 x 6 inches label is highly recommended.
3. If the above steps didn't help. Please press and Hold the "Feed" button for 3 secs until you hear a "Beep" and run the "intelligent label study"mode
