If you were printing your labels on a regular printer previously, please change your label size
from 8.5" x 11 to 4" x 6"
on the website that generates your labels.
There are 2 ways could help you print the label in 4" x 6".
I. Please set the format to 4"x6" in the background of the platform and regenerate the pdf before printing.
Most platforms including ebay, Amazon, Shopify and other support both sizes but are set to 8.5"x11" by default.

II. You can use the Snapshot function of Adobe Acrobat Reader software
to cut and print the label to 4"x6"
Tip 1: use Adobe Acrobat Reader software. Open your shipping label file with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Rotate the label first,
Click "View" -> "Rotate View">>>
Click "Edit"-> "Take a snapshot" >>>
Select the printed area of label, and click the print icon as shown below >>>
Click "Page Setup" >>> Choose "Jiose J500" under "Format For" drop-down Box >>> Choose
"4.00x6.00" under the "Paper size
" drop-down Box >>> Then, click "OK"
Finally, click "Print" in the lower-right corner to print your label >>>
Tip 2: Use "Preview" (only for Mac user). Open your shipping label file with "Preview" Rotate the label first,
Click "Tools" -> "Rotate Right" >>>
Click "File"-> "Take Screen Shot" -> "From Selection" >>> Select the printed area of label, and
click "File" -> "Print" In "Paper Size" column, please choose "4.00x6.00" -> Click "Scale to Fit"
And, you could set the paper size as your default
parameter by clicking "Save Current Settings as Preset..." under the "Presets" column >>>
Finally, click "Print" in the lower-right corner to print your label.
